Guided Tanzania Safaris was not built in a boardroom. It was built in the Serengeti — over 700 safaris, two decades of learning every lion by name, and an unshakeable belief that the quality of your experience begins and ends with the person standing beside you in the field.

We are Ally Kileo and Joseph Moshi. We are guide-owned, personally led, and conservation-committed. We do not subcontract. We do not outsource. When you book with Guided Tanzania, you get us.

Guided Tanzania Safaris Ltd. is registered in Tanzania. Guided Tanzania Safaris LLC is registered in the United States. Both entities operate under the same philosophy: Tanzania deserves better than mass tourism, and so do you.

Two people can visit the same spot in the Serengeti and have completely different experiences. The difference is not luck. It is the person who knows where to look, when to stop, and how to tell the story of what is unfolding in front of you. Ally is that person.

Conservation is not an add-on.

We operate with deep respect for the ecosystems we enter. We do not chase animals for photographs. We do not overcrowd viewpoints. We take the road less travelled — not because it is fashionable, but because it is right.

Community is the foundation.

Guided Tanzania was founded alongside Pelicans Daycare in Arusha — Ally's way of ensuring that the success of the safari business directly benefits the community it comes from. Every booking you make is part of that commitment.

Pelicans Daycare was the founding mission of Guided Tanzania. Located in Arusha, the community Ally grew up in, the daycare supports over 60 children with early education, nutrition, and a safe environment.

This is not a charitable appendage. It is the reason this company exists. Every safari you book contributes directly. When you travel with Guided Tanzania, 60 children in Arusha are part of your journey.
